A delay costs you nothing
- Free waiting
- For arrivals, counted from the moment you actually land rather than from the scheduled time: 60 minutes for Bronze, 90 for Silver, 120 for Gold and Black Diamond. Departures and chauffeur days do not include free waiting.
- Delayed flights
- We track your flight and move the pickup with it. A delay on its own costs you nothing.
- Changes
- One complimentary change is available before the deadline shown in your booking, provided a driver has not yet been assigned. For later changes, please contact your advisor.
- Cancelling
- Please contact your advisor to cancel a journey and confirm the applicable refund before making changes.
