Changing the day

- One complimentary change is available before the deadline shown in your booking, provided a driver has not yet been assigned. For later changes, please contact your advisor.
- Cancelling
- Please contact your advisor to cancel a journey and confirm the applicable refund before making changes.
- Changes on the day
- Adjusting the route on the day is arranged with your advisor or driver. Where it adds time, mileage or other charges, we tell you before it happens.
- Overnight journeys
- Where a journey keeps the driver away overnight, the accommodation is charged to you.
