Scope of the service
The website lets you create and use an account, including through Google sign-in. Creating an account or signing in does not confirm a transport booking, reserve a vehicle or create a paid subscription. Any booking or purchase requires separate confirmation of the service, price and applicable booking, cancellation and refund terms.
Your account
Use an email address and Google account you are entitled to use, provide accurate information and keep your sign-in details secure. Do not share passwords or impersonate another person. Let us know if you believe your account has been accessed without permission. You must have the legal capacity and any necessary authority to enter into these terms.
Membership, renewal and cancellation
Membership fees purchase 12 months of membership rights and are not travel credit. Travel services are paid for separately. Member savings apply only to products marked eligible. The annual membership price is shown before purchase. Bronze, Silver and Gold online subscriptions renew every 12 months unless automatic renewal is cancelled from the membership page; cancelling renewal leaves paid rights available until expiry. A reminder is sent 30 days before renewal. Black Diamond requires invitation, human review and a signed contract. A 14-day cooling-off period applies. You may expressly request service to start immediately; otherwise initial service starts after 14 days. No high-cost benefits are supplied during cooling-off. If no paid or high-cost benefits have been used, you may request a full refund within 14 days. Where services have been supplied, any proposed deduction will be assessed against actual performance and applicable law and explained to you. You may request cancellation from the membership page or contact us; no reason is required. Allocations unlock in stages, depend on reservation and supplier availability, and expire at the end of the membership year. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
Charges after your journey
Most journeys are paid in full when you book. Two things can be added afterwards. Waiting beyond the free period included with your membership is charged at the rate shown to you when you book. Changes made on the day, such as a detour or an extra stop, are priced by your advisor before they happen; your driver cannot set or collect a price. Any such amount is calculated after the journey and billed to you separately.
Acceptable use
Use the website lawfully and for its intended purposes. Do not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with the service, misuse another person’s data, create fraudulent accounts or use the website for unlawful activity. These terms do not transfer ownership of website content, trademarks or software.
Availability and third-party services
We may temporarily interrupt access for maintenance, faults or security reasons and will take reasonable steps to limit disruption. Google sign-in also depends on Google’s services and your Google account settings. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
Your legal protections
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, or takes away applicable consumer or data-protection rights. Contact us first about a problem so that we can try to resolve it; this does not prevent you from using available legal remedies.
Account suspension and closure
You can request account closure by emailing us. We may proportionately restrict or close accounts used for fraud, abuse, unlawful activity or a material breach of these terms. Where appropriate, we will explain the reason and provide a way to contact us, unless doing so would undermine security or legal obligations. Account information is handled in accordance with the Privacy policy.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms to reflect changes to the website or applicable requirements. The current version and its update date will appear here. We will give appropriate notice of material changes and seek agreement where required; changes do not remove rights you already hold under applicable law.
